Details: This dripper (or brouilleur) is used as a single server to add water and sugar to your absinthe. The dripper is sat on top of your glass then ice and water are placed inside of the dripper and a cube of sugar on the round tray below. With a small hole in the bottom of the dripper, the cold water pours onto the sugar cube allowing the sugar and water to mix. This mixture of sugar water falls into the glass of absinthe.
The wire legs can be carefully bent to accommodate a variety size of glasses.
