The aroma of Sober Spirits W 0.0% - Bourbon alternative is typical of an American Bourbon, woody and intense in flavor with a gourmand Toffee note (chocolate & caramel), sublimated by a delicious hint of vanilla.

For all your cocktails, our Bourbon Alternative is to be used in the same way and with the same dosage as an alcoholic spirit (4 to 5cl per cocktail).

Although some love it neat, it is a mixology product, and its full potential is revealed in cocktails.

Our whiskey begins its journey in Scotland where it ages for three years in barrels which give it its robust notes. It then travels to Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, where the alcohol is carefully extracted, leaving behind a whisky 0.0% abv. Ethanol then found a new use in fine perfumery.

Returning to the heart of France in our 1875 distillery, it is distilled again in century-old pot stills, thus enveloping it with notes of Toffee, caramel and cocoa. This step gives it a new identity: a whisky without alcohol, but with a body and character worthy of a great bourbon.
