Founded by a conservation biologist turned bartender, Everleaf is a line of botanical aperitifs with depth, texture, and complexity, that can be used in unique non-alcoholic mixed drinks.

Everleaf’s founder Paul owns multilple small classic cocktail bar in London, England. During his time behind the bar, he felt that the non-alcoholic options available lacked aromatics and felt watery - hence his exploration in particular in natural plant sources for thickness, texture, and body.

Combining his understanding of plants, their origins & uses, and how to source them, with his love of classic cocktails, the result is a unique line of botanical drinks that are perfect simply mixed with soda or tonic - or take it further and see what you come up with!
